Shipping, Exchange and Returns
Shipping Policy
Most of our products are shipped door-to-door, through courier service providers selected in agreement with our customers. Our products are shipped payable, charged to the customer, once payment for the ordered products has been received.
If the customer prefers to pay shipment rates in advance, a quote will be requested to a logistics company suggested by Dungeness Gourmet or by the customer, and the value of the shipment will be added to the purchase amount. Once the total payment (products + shipping) has been verified, the shipment will be made to the customer.
Please note that insurance, taxes and any other potential costs related to an international purchase are not included in the products' cost or in the shipment's cost.

Exchange and Returns Policy
Depending on the type of product you purchased, you can request for:

Your money back.

The replacement of the item.

An exchange for another product/variety.
In order to exchange your product, or in order to return it and get a refund, please send a proof of payment (ticket/ invoice / credit card voucher) along with your request.
If there is an issue with the purchased product you have a period of 90 days from when you purchased the product to complain and request compensation from Dungeness Gourmet, as long as the responsibility for this issue can be directly attributable to Dungeness Gourmet and is not caused by carelessness, poor storage conditions or misuse. Perishable products are guaranteed for the term indicated on the packaging or a maximum of 7 days from the date of purchase.
If 90 days have passed since your purchase (or 7 days in the case of perishable products), unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Shipment costs are not refundable.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified about the approval or rejection of the refund.
Returns of products made to order, personalized or made to measure, will not be accepted, unless they have presented damages or defects for which the responsibility is attributable to Dungeness Gourmet.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit or refund will be applied according to the original payment method.
The official release of credit card refunds can take some time. If you have an approved refund and have not received it yet, please contact your credit card company or bank to confirm it is in progress. If you've already done that and haven't received your refund yet, please contact us at CustomerService@dungenessgourmet.com.
Products purchased on sale or clearance
Items purchased on sale or clearance will be returned at the value of the purchase, not the original value of the product.
Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged and the responsibility for this defect or damage is attributable to Dungeness Gourmet. We work with limited stock of products, which are produced in very small batches, so you may not find the exact same product when requesting for a replacement. In these cases, alternative exchange solutions will be offered. If you need to make an exchange by the same product, please send us an email at CustomerService@dungenessgourmet.com.
Exchanges of products made to order, personalized or made to measure will not be accepted, unless they have presented damages or defects whose responsibility is attributable to Dungeness Gourmet.
Shipping Costs
To return or exchange your product, please contact CustomerService@dungenessgourmet.com to coordinate the shipment of the product.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
The customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
